# The Belly Solution: From a first product to a national pharmacy rollout

**The brand.** The Belly Solution, a science-led Australian travel-health brand, started by a husband-and-wife team, launching its first product.

**The challenge.** A new company with a range of five products in mind. The founders needed a first hero product that was evidence-based, TGA-listed and ready for pharmacy.

**What we built.** A travel gut-health powder combining the clinically studied probiotic yeast Saccharomyces boulardii, a prebiotic and electrolytes, in a 14-day pouch. We designed the formula, built the claims evidence, secured the TGA listing, drafted and reviewed the label, designed the stability protocol and set up a 36-month stability program.

**Manufacturing and delivery.** We managed manufacturing, release testing and delivery. The second batch is now in production.

**The result.**
- About eight months from formulation to dispatch

- A national pharmacy distribution trial, with more than 30 new stockists in the first week
