# Pump Haircare: A hair care brand that keeps coming back

**The brand.** Pump Haircare, a hairdresser-founded, private-equity-backed Australian hair care brand, stocked in more than 300 salons and sold in over 100 countries (2022), that moved into supplements.

**The challenge.** Turn its hair expertise into TGA-listed hair growth supplements, then upgrade the formula as the range grew.

**What we built.** A TGA-listed hair growth formula, its reorders, and later an upgraded version with a full new listing package and stability testing.

**Manufacturing and delivery.** We managed manufacturing, imports and air freight, and fixed issues along the way, through to delivery for every order.

**The result.**
