# Arxi: Making a prenatal people will actually take

**The brand.** Arxi, a fertility and pregnancy brand founded by a fertility dietitian, a national Dietitian of the Year finalist, and a clinical nutritionist.

**The challenge.** Deliver a full prenatal vitamin and mineral dose in a form pregnant women will accept. B vitamins and selenium are bitter and smell strongly, and vitamin C fizzes in liquid.

**What we built.** We started with a liquid drop. When trials showed it wasn't stable and the taste couldn't be masked, we traced the main odour to one selenium form and removed it, tested a liposomal liquid, then moved to a two-a-day chewable with Rocoat® coated B vitamins to tame the taste. Our label review caught two errors before print.

**Manufacturing and delivery.** We're managing manufacturing now, through to delivery.

**The result.**
